There are a number of reasons for not being able to log into the website.

1. Incorrect Username
   This should be the email address that you used when the account was set up by the More Solutions administrator - you should have received a password to this account. If you are still not sure what email address you must use please contact us.
2. Incorrect Password
   If you have forgotten your password, we cannot tell you what it is as we encrypt your password in our systems and cannot recover it. Instead, though, we can automatically issue you with a new password which will be emailed to you. If you require a new password please enter your registered email address below. (We can only send new passwords to registered email addresses - contact us if you do not know yours.)
